The agreement establishes OnPoint as an authorized Generac sales and service dealer in California, enabling the company to offer the full Generac residential and commercial product line with factory-backed warranty support.
Generac commands the leading market share in home standby generators and has expanded significantly into commercial and industrial backup power. The brand is widely recognized by homeowners and contractors alike, and its Guardian and Protector series generators are among the most commonly installed residential standby systems in Northern California.
Certified service capabilities#
As part of the dealer appointment, OnPoint's technicians completed Generac's certification program, which includes factory coursework, in-person training, and a certified parts inventory. The certification ensures OnPoint can provide warranty service, diagnostics, and repairs to Generac's standards on both air-cooled and liquid-cooled generator platforms.
