Overview#

The PSI 8.8LT CAC is a 8.8-liter, 8-cylinder v-8 natural gas / lpg engine used in commercial and industrial generator applications in the 125-150 kW class. Turbocharged Intercooled for reliable power density across standby and prime-rated duty cycles.

This engine powers generators from Hipower Systems, making it one of the more widely deployed prime movers in its power class for the commercial standby market.
