Overview#
The Hotstart TPS Series 6000W is the high-capacity block heater for the largest industrial diesel generators — 1500 kW and above. These massive engines have coolant volumes exceeding 100 gallons and require significant heating capacity to maintain starting temperature, especially in cold climates. 480V only. Often specified as part of a cold-weather package that also includes battery warmers and fuel heating.
